Andrade's Automotive is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Technician to join our team. We work on a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles using modern diagnostic equipment and a team-based approach. Our technicians are supported by knowledgeable service advisors and a well-organized parts department so you can focus on what you do best—repairing vehicles safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Perform accurate diagnostics on engine, electrical, drivability, suspension, steering, brake, heating and A/C, and drivetrain systems.
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough digital vehicle inspections and clearly document findings.
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, brake services, suspension work, timing components, engine repairs, and more.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify customer concerns and confirm repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure customers receive accurate repair recommendations.
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and education.

What We're Looking For

• Automotive repair experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to accurately identify vehicle concerns and recommend proper repairs.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
